Recycling Services Batteries To recycle accepted batteries, put them in a 1-quart sealed plastic bag in your red glass bin. Taping the terminals reduces the risk of fires on the collection truck or during sorting. The following batteries can be recycled in the curbside program:

Pride Disposal above will take it for a very small fee, and there may be other locations closer to home to dispose of it. Also, no plastic bags or film. Christmas Trees Christmas trees are recyclable but must be cut down or bundled and placed loosely into your yard debris cart for recycling curbside. Alternately, some charities have drop off locations and will accept your tree whole. Extra garbage Overflow garbage may be placed in plastic bags and set next to your garbage cart. |
